History of the Company

The history of our Company extends back over 17 years. And all along we move forward steadily meanwhile we extend opportunities for customers and offer them the most up-to-date and high-quality services.

Our history provides a dramatic evidence of the company development course: from the first representative office in Moscow till acquiring the status of the leading international company rendering services in financial markets (FOREX and STOCK).

In 1994 company opened its first representative office in Moscow, and in September 1995the first Office for customer service was opened in Alma-Ata (Kazakhstan). In September 1997 offices in Kiev, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk (the Ukraine) started providing customer service.

From 1999 the company started implementing the program of regional development meanwhile the company customers clients gain the opportunity to effect transactions in the global financial markets by means of the Internet. That allowed reducing expenses and, therefore, the transaction commission fees dropped significantly.

In 2002 the program MetaTRADER was developed. It is an advanced software product, the unique and unmatched one and in the fields of its application. It allows simultaneously (at one account) conducting operations both for FOREX and STOCK. Two years later the company TeleTRADE became one of initiators of establishment as well as an active participant of the Commission of Regulation Financial Market Participant Relation Regulation (KROUFR). The company offices were opened in the cities of offices in the cities of Krasnoyarsk, Ufa, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhnekamsk, Kharkov, Donetsk, Simferopol (the Ukraine) etc. The unified coordinating information centre was established in Europe - Prague (Czech Republic). In the same year the company provided for its customers free access to newswires Dow Jones.

Taking into consideration Dynamic and successful development of the company, its customer-oriented and high-quality services were taken into consideration, and the company was awarded with prestigious international prize „”European Quality”.

In 2005 the company continued to expand and opened customer service offices in Mariupol (the Ukraine), Syktyvkar, Kryvyi Rih, Kirovograd, Sevastopol, Kaliningrad, Bucharest (Romania), Yaroslavl, Chelyabinsk, Orenburg, Smolensk, Riazan and other cities.

A year later the customer service offices of TeleTRADE strted working in Dalane (China), Shanghai (China), Istanbul (Turkey), Lipetsk, Piatigorsk, Sochi, Vladivostok and Magnitogorsk.

In 2007, new offices were opened: both abroad, in Hamburg (Germany), Shenzhen (China), Ankara (Turkey), Belgrade (Serbia), Khmelnitsky (Ukraine), and in Russia: in Taganrog, Voronezh, Severodvinsk, Tambov, supplementary office in Moscow, Nizhny Tagil, Novorossiysk, Old Oskol, Murmansk, Dzerzhinsk (Nizhny Novgorod Region), Belgorod.

By mid-2008 the number of existing several dozen offices in Russia and abroad was increased for TeleTRADE representations in such cities as Minsk (Belarus), Liepaja (Latvia), Sofia (Bulgaria), Daugavpils (Latvia), Guangzhou (China), Brest (Belarus), Vilnius (Lithuania), Jakarta (Indonesia), Tashkent (Uzbekistan). In addition, offices in Russia were opened in the cities of Chita, Abakan, Pskov, Naberezhniye Chelni, Nalchik, Vologda, Ulyanovsk, Apatity.

In 2009 the customer service offices started operating in the Turkish cities Izmir and Antalya as well as in Almetyevsk, Tomsk, Sayanogorsk in Russia.

Nowadays TeleTRADE is a dynamically developing company having the record number of representative offices worldwide: more than 150 offices in 20 countries.

Having started its business activities in 1994, by 2011 TeleTRADE is widely regarded as a leading company rendering services in the international financial markets.
